Currently Roselodge is supplying properties under Private Sector Leasing agreements to several London Boroughs. These contracts range from supplying accommodation on a property only basis to a full management service, with a range of risk transfer.

Roselodge’s current strategy with regard to Private Sector Leasing Schemes is to select Councils to work with who have a proven track record of being able to agree and operate contracts that are deliverable and mutually beneficial.

Roselodge Group has performed at a high level in terms of the standard of properties that are provided and their ongoing management that two key contracting partners, now consider them their ‘preferred partners’ and are currently discussing models for longer team partnership work.
