Roselodge in a Joint Venture vehicle has recently acquired
the Freehold interest of this Industrial Estate in the heart
of Nuneaton.
The Industrial Estate lies on some 2.1 acres of land and is
within walking distance of the Town Centre, which has recently
seen the successful opening of the new Ropewalk Shopping Centre.
HARROW
Roselodge have also recently acquired a building well located
in Harrow Town Centre. The building is comprised of a retail
unit on Ground floor with offices above. We are currently
investigating the possibilities of a residential conversion
of the upper parts.
