STONE ROAD, BIRMINGHAM

The Roselodge Group owns a strategic Gateway site in Birmingham that is designated as a key regeneration area under Birmingham City Council’s Strategic Development Framework. Known as Atwood Green, this Urban Development Area has been targeted for substantial mixed-use including commercial, retail, residential and community accommodation.

The site currently comprises some 80,000 sq ft of accommodation previously used as a Hostel. The building has good prominence to the Bristol Road, a major arterial route leading into Birmingham City Centre.

Roselodge are currently undertaking a number of strategic feasibility studies and hope to submit a planning application in the near future cementing the significance of this strategic portal into the UK’s second largest City.

STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

The Roselodge Group has taken a strategic decision to enter the Student Accommodation market place, developing strategic partnerships in order to provide substantial amounts of student accommodation across the UK. The Company sees this sector as an exciting growth market. Several properties have been acquired and are already at the design planning stage. The Company has built up an experienced team to provide impetus into this marketplace. In addition, Roselodge already has an impressive track record having contracted to provide some 7,500 residential rooms nationwide. This called for a specifically tailored acquisitions programme as well as the requirement to develop a dedicated team responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day management of this delivered accommodation.

DEVONSHIRE STREET, W1

Roselodge acquired this former Hostel in the heart of Central London, within the Harley Street conservation area. The building comprises some 23,000 sq ft (2,137 sq m) on Basement, Ground and a further six upper floors. This impressive building forms a key part of the Roselodge property portfolio and has been identified for extensive reconfiguration and refurbishment into student halls of accommodation.

INDUSTRIAL SITE, EALING

Roselodge have conditionally purchased an industrial building in the London Borough of Ealing that has been identified as a suitable site for the provision of much needed care facilities in the borough and Planning Permission is currently being sought to this end.
